Returns and Shipping Policy
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer a full refund/exchange within 28 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be unused, unopened & have all seals intact and be returned in their original packaging.
To ensure your return/exchange and refund (if applicable) is processed as quickly as possible, please follow the returns procedure detailed below:
Process for Return/Exchange
- Please email returns@mybeautybar.co.uk detailing your order number and reason for return/exchange. Please also include details of the item/s which you wish to return/exchange.
- Once we have acknowledged your email, please send your package to My Beauty Bar, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment; within 10 working days.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore any refunds will not include any shipping costs paid. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We use Royal Mail as our chosen delivery service. Our Shipping Times & Costs are detailed below:
- Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) – FREE for orders over £50, £3.50 for orders below £50
